Billy Gallagher is a native of Belfast, N.Ireland who came to the United States in 2003 attending and playing for Irvine Valley College were he won a National Championship before receiving a scholarship to play soccer at Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA in 2004. Billy Graduated from Westmont in 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Economics.
