Check-in Check Sheet
When do I need to check in?
Teams are required to check in at least 90 minutes prior to the first tournament game. Check-in will start at 7:00 am on Saturday.
Where?
Check-in will be at the venue of your first game (venue). (See field maps)
With the following exceptions.
d. IV Elementary will be at UCSB
e. Mt. View will be at La Colina
f. SBSCC will be at Santa Barbara Junior High
What do I need to bring?
______ 1. Laminated player passes, 2008-2009.
______ 2. Original Medical release forms (Mixtures of medical release forms player passes not permissible. Both must match.)
______ 3. Completed Roster (Tournament Web Site Roster is desired)
______ 4. Completed Travel Papers (if required)
